Not many however have an agency bearing the burden of rescheduling, for them.  For 25-year-old Christopher Lower, a student in Delhi's Jawaharlal Nehru University rearranging his families cricket itinerary is out of the question. "The web-site I used to book the four tickets still has Eden as the match venue. Where am I supposed to buy the new tickets from, let alone get a refund on the old ones?" he says even as he points out that the tickets to the only other match with him- England versus South Africa at Chennai- will have to suffice.
